Who can buy Etsy shipping labels?

As of July 1, 2026, Canada Post and USPS labels are temporarily unavailable for certain EU destinations due to a new EU handling fee; Global Postal Shipping labels remain available for US sellers. US-bound labels through Evri and Canada Post are also temporarily suspended due to changes in US trade policies.

How to buy a shipping label on Etsy

1. Sign in to Etsy.com, go to Shop Manager and select Orders.
2. Find the order and select the van icon.
3. Check your address under Shipping from and the buyer's under Ship to.
4. Enter the package details (weight, package type, dimensions); save them as a preset if you like.
5. For international orders, fill in the customs details.
6. Choose a delivery service, select Review to check the summary and then Purchase.
7. Choose the documents you want to print.

Once the purchase is done, the buyer gets a shipping notification and the order is complete. To see all your labels, select View purchased labels from the Completed orders tab.
